What to include for a quote request

To avoid back-and-forth, include whatever you can. If you don't have something, say so — it's common early in a project.

  • Site location (county/city) and access constraints
  • High-level scope (what you need done, and why)
  • Voltage level and asset type (where applicable)
  • Outage window / programme constraints (if any)
  • Single line diagrams, schematics, or asset lists (if available)
  • Safety requirements (permits, site rules, authorised persons, etc.)
  • Preferred deliverables (test reports, commissioning packs, handover documentation)
